ie7 search hijacked

When I browse with internet explorer 7, my search is redirected to a different website altogether. But when I browse with Foxfire this doesn't happen. I have been scanning with different spyware scanners and have gotten rid of several trojan viruses.

Is there anything I should do now?

Try running this SUPERAntiSpyware Online Safe Scan click this link http://www.superantispyware.com/ scroll to the bottom of the page, its at the bottom of "Popular Links" !
