I have two friends both with the same problem and they are both asking if I can help. I would like to clear them both but would prefer to do them one by one.

The symptoms are that the system starts running very slowly then locks up altogether. I have tried various tools (Superantispyware, avg, malwarebytes anti malware, DrWeb etc.) and all find various malware, spyware and viruses but none of them result in a clean system.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Regards

Peter
