help my task manager wont worke

my task manager keeps saying task manager has been disabled by your administrator.
im the administrator and i dont know how i disabled it.
plese tell me how to reinable it.

xp_taskmgrenab.exe - Allows you to enable or disable Task Manager for the Current User
