Hey Guys and Gals,

Sorry that I have to post one of these so soon. Am really enjoying the forum so far though.

Anyway, these are the reports for my sister's computer which was infected with internet security 2010 malware application. This thing was really dug in. It had shut down her internet, was starting up in safe mode and was a real bear to get it this far. The reason that I am posting is that after running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware I am still having a real hard time getting the computer to get back online. This is a dell inspiron 1505 and running windows xp. I also have another Toshiba laptop here that is connecting to my wireless connection just fine. Also tried to connect to with a wired connection and all I got for an ip was something like 254.168.x.x (i think that is what it said) and that was directly connected to my modem. I was hoping that you might be able to look at my logs and try to see if there is something that i missed that would fix this issue for us.

If there is anything else that you need please just let me know.

I would also like to say thank you in advance for any and all help that we receive here.

Thanks,
-Doc

  • Click the "Scan All Users" checkbox.
  • Push the Posted Image button.
  • Two reports will open, copy and paste them in a reply here:
    • OTL.txt <-- Will be opened
    • Extra.txt <-- Will be minimized
In the upper right hand corner of the topic you will see a button called Options. If you click on this in the drop-down menu you can choose Track this topic. I suggest you do this and select Immediate E-Mail notification and click on Proceed. This way you will be advised when we respond to your topic and facilitate the cleaning of your machine.
