Ran AVG and found numerous threats after removing them I rebooted into safemode with system restore turned off and scanned again. I found two threats and the results are as follow:

After Rebooting the computer to finish the removal I started the AVG scanner again and the virus popped up again in the same spot. I downloaded TFC by Old Timer and ran it, then restarted the computer. I updated MBAM and completed a full scan with the following results:
