ok so heres the deal
I needed to use a harddrive that was connected to an infected computer to back up my music and pictures and stuff before a vista reload

I formatted the possibly infected hardrive as fast as i could but there was still a chance that the rootkit spread so i decided to run my army and i got the following

mbam came clean
spy bot got a little cookie program cleaned up
kapersky came clean
and this came up for sophos rootkit

Area: Local hard drives
Description: Unknown hidden file
Location: C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-imageres_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6000.16386_none_da86e136fafaf563\imageres.dll
Removable: Yes (but clean up not recommended for this file)
Notes: (no more detail available)

what should I do
to clean or not to clean that is the question
I am not going to take any actions not even close the program till I get some advice
