I've been having to following problem for the last two days, and from what I read, this can end up having a nasty ending if I don't figure out how to get rid of it.
Approximately 6-7 times a day, a separate firefox tab will automatically pop up claiming to be associated with google, and from websitesurvey.com asking me to participate in a short survey, click on a link, etc.
I have not clicked on the link, and immediately exit the tab as soon as I notice it. There have bene a couple times when it popped up while I was away from my computer, and I have no way of knowing how long it had been up/active.
I ran a super antispyware scan, as well as an avira(free edition) scan, and neither of them found anything.
I've never done this(asked computer related questions online) before, so I'm not sure what kind of information to supply. Sorry if I'm making things more complicated.
Also, and I'm not sure if this is related, but I have been losing my internet connection frequently since this began. It used to happen once in a while, but now it's every 30 min. or so.
Below is the report(at least I think that's what this is) from the last Avira scan, which was preformed 15 minutes ago:

ANY help would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea what to do. I've read several other accounts related to websitesurvey.com and they all seem to end in having to reformat, which I definitely can't afford right now. I was also just reading a thread in this forum about that site, but before the problem was solved, they ended up updating their OS and nothing else was said...
Help???...
