I have been infected with "AntiVirus Live" on my laptop computer. I am trying to follow the Bleeping Computer AntiVirus Live Uninstall Guide. I was able to restart the infected computer in safe mode with networking and I unchecked "Use a proxy server for you LAN" in internet options.

However, my internet connection is a Sprint Mobile Broadband cellular connection. The infected computer will not recognize the device now. I have rebooted it a few times in safe mode, but it still does not find the device. So, per the instructions I downloaded the rkill.com program to a cd on a clean computer (the one I am using now). When I try to download the rkill file from the cd to the infected computer I get an error message "Can not create some of your include files: pev.exe, rkill.reg, ncmd.cfxxe. I haven't tried using a flash drive instead of a cd as I don't have one handy, but will go get one if necessary.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
