I am trying to help my sister in law and recently she was able to use You tube but now cannot because it says JAVA is missing or Flash Player needs to be loaded.
When I try to load flash player I get an error that says " The instruction at "0x0ad10068" referenced memory at "0x0ad10068". The memory could not be "written".

I ran Malwarebytes and she had 250 problems that I asked to be cleaned. She gets the same problem, any help would be appreicated.
