www.007guard.com has it done something to my computer

ok i have advanced system optimizer and it has a real time spy/malware built into it and a warning came up saying www.007guard.com wants to change the host files . and as i have no clue about it i automatically said that its not allowed access.

since i have rejected that my winpatrol has been going crazy and i dont know what any of it means . i have to keep pressing the reject button every minute or two

i dont know if its a virus thats hard to find coz avira , malwarebytes, and superantispyware have not found nothing , but why would winpatrol keep asking me the same thing every miute when i pressed reject
