I got the very first copy and it worked just fine. Then got a notice that an update was available so went to get it and it starts but just sits there. The graphic shows it's getting something but nothing happens. I have since uninstalled the program but would like to use it. Any ideas on why it hangs up?

You may need to have SP2 installed to run the program now. This update is very stable as it has been out long enough for the bugs to be ironed out.
