Opening random windows

I use firefox and i dont know if it is just google thats making it happen but random pop ups show up from IE but there is no address in the bar and nothing else on the screen its just blank and i cant close them. I decided to read through some posts on here before i signed up and downloaded some of the programs that were recommended but cant figure out what i am doing with them. I use AVG and my wife downloaded Avast? ive tried downloading a pop up blocker but its not stopping itany help would be great thank. Just a FYI i downloaded root repeal and ran the scan i also downloadedMalwarebytes but i cant open it


Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello im using firefox and everytime I use google and or IE search engine it pops up with multiple pop ups that have no address or pictures or anything else ive downloaded a couple things to try and fix it but i am clueless as to what im doing i have a couple logs from a couple different things that i have seen on here. Any help would be great.

PS ive also tried using the Malware file i see everyone posting about but everytime i go to download it, it says source 2 not found and it fails to finish downloading.
