I own a fujitsu laptop with xp and every time I turn on the computer the screen says
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have cause this. If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly. or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked. If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose Start Windows Normally." Then below that it gives me the options
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known Good Configuration
Start Windows Normally"
I've tried all the options but the computer eventually goes back to the same screen. A blue screen briefly shows up after I click on an option and it says "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer." It says much more like changing video adapters and getting in Safe mode but I don't want to write all of it out. The technical information is: ***STOP: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x8631DC21, 0XF7A9EC48, 0XF7A9E944) My laptop did not come with a XP cd but I have a Fujistu Drivers and Applications Restore DVD. I also tried to run in Safe Mode from the Windows Advanced Options Menu but would not work (just bring me to the screen I talked about earlier. I attempted to boot the restore cd from the boot menu but would not work. Anyone know what I can do? Any help would be appreciated.
