turning on wireless on laptop

its a toshiba satellite and the button is in the front, but i dont know where to go to access it. there used to be a menu button, but since i reinstalled the os its gone.

When i reinstalled the OS on my acer i had to reinstall all acer software e.g. power plan, sound settings, wi-fi etc using a tool which lists all software and drivers to install.

Check if there is a similar thing on your toshiba
