I'm trying to remove Vongo from a 2 year old HP Pavillion laptop. Add/Remove didn't work so I deleted all the files that I could find and ran the Windows Installer Utility Cleaner. But when I boot up Windows Installer tries to run, can't find the files its looking for and the system hangs.

Any ideas?

What entries did you checkmark in the utility?
Try to uncheck the boxes
Use safe mode if you have to

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
