I recently had malware that gave fake antivirus popups and infected my pc. I believe I was able to clear most using SuperAntiSpyware, though I had much difficulty launching. I can not launch Malewarebytes unless I change mbam.exe to explorer.exe. It won't let me update though so it didn't find anything. Also can't launch AVG antivirus of Avira antivirus. PC is barely operational in regular mode....but am able to run in Safe Mode with Networking. Have read about Combofix but nervous about using it because not a techie. Any thoughts?

Thank you.
