Can someone help me - I am not computer savvy??... I have tried to run an anti-malware and a super anti-spyware and my computer shuts down everytime I do... I tried also with a combofix (my nephew tried walking me thru this one) and it says it's not compatible with Vista. Any ideas - I hate that someone has taken over on my computer. Thx.
