That great IE/Firefox search engine redirect virus

So, it appears my computer has become infected with this this. Almost all of my Google and Yahoo searches redirect to another page, although usually opening the link in a new tab, not window, works. My system is also running very slow compared to how it should be running. I have installed and run Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, AVG Anti-virus and CCleaner, but the problem persists.

Any and all help that can be provided in cleaning me out is greatly appreciated.
