Initally I was having google redirect errors but I think Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware removed those but then I was hit with Comame and Autorun virus Microsoft Security Essential detected. When running the rootkit check, MBR rootkit was detected on my Seagate external drive and the HDD which I placed into an external enclosure since the HDD failed on me.
Should I try GMER?
Random software I have open seem to be popping up at times too.

Thanks in advance

Don't know if it is just a minor issue but IE stopped working. Can't type into field boxes anymore. In google can't type in anything to search. Using portable firefox now.
