Please help me figure out if someone internally or externally is hijacking my system. I have a home network with 2 laptops, and two stand alone computers, one is hardwired to the internet. I have recently noticed 2 extra drives on my hardwired computer and also a virtual drive which I cannot connect to but this clearly uses my computer. System is slower than normal. I have used Avast, Malware Bytes, Vipre, Adaware. I also have AVG but it is disabled as is my firewall. I have deleted Avast after running the check. AVG will not let me delete or update. Firewall when I click on it says " Due to an unidentified problem, windows cannot display windows firewall settings." I would also like to re set up my internet connection in order to secure it from whomever is using my computers. Any thing you can do to offer assistance is much appreciated!
