Ok, Here's my HJT log, this is after running AA, Spybot, and Cleanup, and rebooting after each program. The problem I'm having is that I can dial up the internet but nothing is happening from there. CallWave will not connect and I get errors saying that the search could not be done. The only thing that will display in my IE Window is that the page cannot be displayed or that it could not find server. I've spoken with my ISP and they are showing me connected on their end.

Here's My Log,

I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button

O2 - BHO: ADP UrlCatcher Class - {F4E04583-354E-4076-BE7D-ED6A80FD66DA} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSBE.DLL
O2 - BHO: NLS UrlCatcher Class - {AEECBFDA-12FA-4881-BDCE-8C3E1CE4B344} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\NVMS.DLL
O2 - BHO: CB UrlCatcher Class - {CE188402-6EE7-4022-8868-AB25173A3E14} - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSCB.DLL
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Welcome] C:\WINDOWS\Welcome.exe /R

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSBE.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\NVMS.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSCB.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\Welcome.exe

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

Ok, I did everything that you wanted done, when I rebooted in safe mode, none of the items mentioned were present. I still have the same problem though.

Here's my newest HJT log.

Thanks!!!
