Greetings,

I just discovered one of my computers is infected with the ANTIVIRUS LIVE trojan thingy. I tried to follow steps on the bleepingcomputer by downloading rkill and then a malware program (that did not open). And it keeps coming back. it rendered my computer almost useless. I can't access any antivirus program to download (although yesterday I was able to download bitdefender -sort of - and it disinfected 7 of the 8 viruses it found and only deleted the 8th one,) , and the MBAM (malware thing) installs but does not open to scan and remove. I have several security warnings that looks like is from windows but I found out (trial and error) that it was part of this virus. My son actually opened the scan of the antivirus live thing and my computer went haywire. I tried every suggestion I found on the internet and still no luck.

On top of this, I can't reinstall windows, I can't access safe mode, etc. I was able to log on to the internet after installing the rkill and deleting the bitdefender that said it was unable to do a full download due to corruption (and uninstalled itself). I can't download now as it seems to be eating my memory.

I also discovered through my internet search I have something called csrss.exe that may or may not be a virus. I have two of them listed on two of my computers and 3 listed on another computer. On all 3 computers the csrss is located in the system32 files - on two of the computers the csrss is listed in the service pack files i386 as well and the third has both locations and also in $NTservicepackuninstall$

Although this antivirus live seems to be on one computer, I have no idea if its hiding on the others.

PLEASE HELP ME. I use my computer to homeschool my children and need them desperately.

I ran the hijackThis program and the log info is below: Thank you
