Hi, New to BC so hope I am posting in the right place.

I have AVG 9 (paid edition), which has never shown any infections but a few days ago Windows Defender started continually showing two - Trojan:Win32 Alureon.CO and Trojan Downloader:Win32/Renos.JW - each time they showed up I pressed the "Remove all" button but they keep coming back. Along with that the keyboard keys started sticking and today I had a message asking me if I wanted "StickKeys" allowed on my computer.

In the last couple of days my browser (IE) seems to be hijacked and diverts to odd pages despite specific searches.

One trojan help search advised me to unhide file extensions and then start in safemode to find and deleted the trojan files but my computer will not start in safemode - I get a blue screen and error message telling me that it cannot start in safemode.

I have tried System Restore, ran AVG and Windows Defender but nothing has helped.

Would be so grateful for any advice anyone can offer please.
