Hello my new fellow members of the Bleeping Computer Forum!

Glad to be a part of this community. Always liked computers, just wanted to know a little more.

Hopefully I will glean a little knowledge, gain some confidence & be geeky techie MIT type user. LOL

Well maybe that's a little too far. A little too old to learn a plethora of new things, But my mind is open.

But maybe just have an enjoyable time perusing the threads.

Thanks for having me.

btw - i'm a 49 year old father of 3 & grandfather of 2, I live in the Great Northwest where it is currently snowing.

I am made responsible for the 5 computers in our home, 2 not of the 5, are my eldest son's & he takes care of his.

we have 3 other laptops that have sort of been sidelined due to upgrades. At my office I have 5 computers where I try to keep those guys running along.

That is why I hope I will get alot out of this forum.

Happy Holidays & have a great new year

PS - I may have posted in wrong place as a new introduction, maybe it can be moved??
