I want to start by saying I am not trying to be impatient. I understand that this site is run by volunteers, and I really appreciate any help that you can give me.

I posted a problem on Dec 23 and I am just worried that I put it in the wrong place. I ran everything requested in the "before you post" section, and have attached/included the reports with my original post. I have 0 replies, so I don't know if I did everything correctly.

I don't know how to move it or make sure it is in the correct place.

I teach and go back to school from break soon, so I am hoping I can get this nasty malware cleaned off before I go back.

I would really appreciate help with this when you are able.

I see some sites are marked with an x and are closed. I don't know if that is the way I was supposed to mark mine, or if someone there does that.

See why I need help :(

Thanks ...annoyed710
