Hi, I usually have to merge selected files from multiple folders and paste them to a folder with the same name at a different location. I would like to understand how i can choose, suppose 5 out of 7 files from a particular folder, and place them in afolder with the same name and content replacing only the ones selected when copying. I dont find a paste special option. Please help! Snehal.

I'm not sure what it is you want to do. Do you want to know how to copy more than one folder at a time, instead of doing them one by one?
