Can not play wmv file by media 10

When i use wmp 10 to play wmv file , i got the error message :
Window media has encountered problem and need to close
plesa tell microsoft about this problem.
to see what data error report click here

send error report (button) dont send(button)


Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi, this comment might not be much help, but did you click on the "send error report" button?

Sometimes Microsoft will send you back a page where you can at least read something about the problem that you are having.

Sometimes they will also have a fix ready and there will be a link on that page for you.
