I keep getting a pop up message that says my registry has been changed. It continues to give me an alert " reg-1388" and then directs me to a site called "clean-xp." Can anyone tell me what this is and how to correct this problem. I am at a loss of ideas. I've goggled it and still nothing that makes any sense to me.

Please help.

Thanks.

This is probably caused by spyware.
Any time a pop-up happens it is probably spyware unless it is a Windows Error message.
