I was browsing the internet recently and a window popped up and said your computer has infected files. I closed the window and when I did that this program started downloading itself onto my computer and it is called security tools. Now when I try to run any anti-virus program that program pops up and says this file or program may harm your computer and won't let me run them. Please help!!!
