Can anyone tell me why my movie is getting cut in half

I have used half a dozen programs and they all do EXACTLY the same

I have a flv movie that last 130 minutes, but everytime I use a converter to convert it to mp4 (or avi) it completes and the new video is only 55:45. It just ends in the middle of the film

No alerts or warning messages occur.

I have used super c, AVS, and a bunch more but they all give the same results.

So please no "try this converter" replys, I am 100% sure its not the software itself. Maybe a setting, but I doubt it.

Anyone got any ideas?
