Help!

I cannot do anything on my laptop. I cannot even restore. I saw a post on here about downloading some malware, but I can't even download anything. I am trying to avoid a complete rewipe and load. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks bob

Do you have a backup?

Restore/recovery CDs and instructions?

What error message appeared onscreen (exact wording, please)?

There are a number of reasons why you cannot access your system.
