explorer.exe crashes when I delete/move/copy!!!!

Hello;
I'm using XP Home SP3.
My config is:-
768 mb ram;
40 gb hard drive;
Intel Pentium 4 processor;

Now let's get to the problem;
Whenever I delete/move/copy I get a message that Windows explorer has crashed!
Please help me!I don't have a clue what the problem is !

^^hey mods don't close the thread!
My computer was working fine for 5 days and so i thought that the problem had stopped and today it started again!
Pls somebody help me!

the only thing I remember doing both the days was I cleaned the registry using Tuneup Registry Cleaner !
