ok...dont know if i'm posting in the right place but i need some major help w/ my INTERNET EXPLORER....

ok, on my other machine, i'm not sure what's happening. I try to get EXPLORER to come up and it starts to but then it gives me an error message of something like: INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM. IT MUST NOW CLOSE...(something to that effect) and then it just closes on me....what's going on??? if it's a spyware or malware i can't download any kind of programs to get it off as i can't get internet to work at all.

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it so much.. i'm so aggravated right now...
