I have a problem with my computer. Every time I turn it on it will run but when it reaches the welcome screen it will hang or it no longer move or it is stalled. I tried to format it using my Windows XP Home edition but when I inserted the restore plus it will no longer move. I also tried to use setup but after clicking the F10 it also hang up. Can anybody help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry Hamluis... I am a new user and only learn a little about computer. May I know where can I find the
system manufacturer and model? With regard to error messages.. there were none since it hangs anywhere
when running during opening. Thanks for the reply. Just be patient with me.

Manufacturer (Dell, HP, eMachines, etc.)...the model is usually on the proof of purchase, system case, etc.

Restore Plus seems to be an HP program.
