Hi, whenever i connect my ipod via usb cable it returns "device cannot be recognized". I'v been getting this problem ever since i upgraded from windows vista. My build is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 BIT. All help is appreciated.

You might try updating the drivers and letting Windows Update search the internet for the correct drivers (as they are not on your computer).

I didn't click the above link to check it out (slow dial-up), but that's my suggestion.

Please report back and let us know how it went.

If neither suggestion worked, we'll go from there.
