I wanted to introduce myself. I work in IT so I am not completely clueless on PCs, but would love to know how to diagnose PC issues more in depth. I look forward to reading the tutorials and conversing with others about general troubleshooting and tuning up of my PCs.

take care,

Welcome to BC!
If you have ever been downtown on a windy winter's day, you know to look for the lifelines from the building entrance to the street. BC is your computer's lifeline.
