I have recently removed WINDVD9 as it was hanging and acting indifferent. I removed as was suggested manually by Corel.
Now when I try to reload the program it states: can not access C:\DOCUM~1\CHARLE~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\PFT6BF~TEMP\WINDVD.MSI.

I don't remember removing this but I also do not know how to help the program find it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is it too late to check your Recycle Bin?
What about a system Restore point?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
