Microsoft acting childish?

doesn't this make microsoft seem a wee bit childish? posting studies that makes windows out to be cheaper,more reliable, and to have all around better performance than linux...sponsored by microsoft?

sort of sounds like a 9 year old referencing his own parents as to who the better little league player is...
