Checking my plug ins using Firefox and I just wondering if Windows Genuine Advantage
1.7.0069.2 is a good thing to install and I don't completely understand all that it does.

Microsoft Genuine Advantage programs, including Windows Genuine Advantage, help you determine whether or not your copy of Windows is genuine.


It's M$ making sure you're not running a cracked copy

That is a very old version. Currently I believe it is up to 1.9.x

Also not sure what it has to do with or why it is in FF plug-ins.

Thanks for your replies. I don't know why Firefox has it as a plug in either.
