Is there a way to stop the menu screen on Vista from popping up whenever someone presses ctrl-alt-del using the regedit on Vista?

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

Brings the task mananger straight away.

I mean is it possible to disable the effects of the keys ctrl alt delete through the registry (or any other means).

This is a completely separate issue from using task manager.
