I HAVE A FAIRLY NEW HP LAPTOP AND WHEN I TURN IT ON IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT A PROGRAM WANTS ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. THEN IT ASKS ME IF I WANT TO GRANT ACCESS TO THIS JUCHECK.EXE AND IT SAYS IT IS NOT KNOWN. SHOULD I ALLOW ACCESS OR DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.

TURN OFF THE CAPS LOCK
It is the updater for JAVA
It's you option whether to leave it on or not. It is not malicious

Do not use msconfig to turn it off
Try a 3rd party startup manager like Codestuff Starter
