Hi guys,
Having another problem (thinking about getting rid of this hunk of junk). Basically, I had to wipe and re-install my XP (after my previous spate of BSODs), and now my audio is gone. I installed my graphics card (Radeon HD 4350) which claims to have a sound utility. However, even though i plugged in my speakers into the correct green hole, no sound. The speakers are *quite* old, Creative Soundworks SBS35s. I have installed Realtek AC'97 audio which I believe I had before the wipe, but it never seems to show up in the Device manager.
Help!
Computer: Compaq Presario SR1819UK with Microsoft Windows XP Professional (SP3)
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD4350

Have you installed your Windows Service Packs yet?
What is the make and model number of the computer?

I've installed all service packs up to sp3, and the computer is a Compaq Presario SR1819UK. I have looked on their website and dowloaded and installed the Realtek Driver which is what it came with
