I have a client PC that has the Internet Security 2010 rogue spyware. I installed and ran malwarebytes (newest version). It told me that it needed to reboot to delete some items that it couldn't delete. So I let malwarebytes reboot the PC.

Afterwords, I get a black screen after the BIOS boot screen, it does not load the Microsoft Black screen with the logo. I rebooted the PC and told it to go to safe mode by hitting F8. I tried Safe Mode with Networking and Safe Mode with Command prompt, both started to load several of the .sys files until it get stuck and doesn't do anything beyond that.

Any help? I did this remotely and tomorrow am heading on-site to look at it and see what I can do.

Anyway I can at least boot back into his Windows, either safemode or fully to fully remove the rest of the spyware.

Any tools I should bring that you recommend as well would be helpful.
