I'm trying to copy a 4gb iso from one external HD to another external HD with 380gb of free space.I keep getting "error copying file or folder,There Is Not Enough Free Disk Space. Delete one or more file to free disk space & try again" message.

Please help.

The file may exceed the max file size (4GB) for FAT32 files, http://www.ntfs.com/ntfs_vs_fat.htm.

External drives may be natively formatted with FAT32.

If that's the case, converting from FAT32 to NTFS would solve it.
