Something occured yesterday and now when I go to the Google Website ( using IE8 or FF )
the links are HiJacked to other sites, Yesterday it was hochu-spat.com and Today its thewidgetautoparts.com.

also it seemed like my Hard Drive is running and running..after opening a browser.

I use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and it finds nothing
Any idea if this is a Root thingy ?

thanks for the help... I need it

I am having this same issue while trying to fix my brother's laptop. Ran SDFix and Malwarebytes...neither seemed to fix the problem even though SDFix did find and remove 2 Trojans.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
