Access Files On Another Partition?

I have two partitions on this computer, both with Windows XP.

Is there any way for me to access/copy/delete files in the other partition? If so, what's the simplest way?

I'm not quite clear on the question you're asking Damo, are you being denied access to files on the other partition? You may need to take ownership of them:
