Try using the direct, offline download instead of using the "Adobe Download Manager".

http://ardownload.adobe.com/pub/adobe/read...dr920_en_US.exe

I hate the downloads that just do that silly downloader file that you have to run, THEN download the real thing. I'd rather download the real thing so I'd have it. Then I can take it to our other computers without having to download it a bunch of times.

Good luck! Let me know if it doesn't work.

P.S. It might help if you gave exactly what was happening that was keeping you from downloading it.

Just downloaded it from the direct link provided. No problem. Are you using a download manager? If so try it without.

How are you attempting to install it?

After the download is finished are you double left clicking it? Have you tried a single right click on it then selecting run as admin?
