Any suggestions on a good LAN spying program?

Hi guys,
I was just wondering if anyone had a good lan/network spying program they could suggest. I'm trying to fing one where i can send pop up messages to the computer in use and view whats on their screen. The I.T bloke at work has one but he won't tell me what its called.

Hrmmm... that's not really something we can help you with I'm afraid. Bleeping Computer is more of a place where you'd ask how to get rid of such a program rather than acquire it.
