Does anyone have suggestions on where I can watch FREE TV episodes and movies online?...and safe :thumbsup:

You can try http://www.fancast.com/, (Movies, TV shows and also has some discontinued TV shows). I not sure if it is open to the public, because I get to it from my Comcast.net homepage (lower right corner).

Unfortunately, cannot be viewed outside of the US :thumbsup:
