Hello,

First of all, Hijackthis is still in your temp-folder, so I strongly advise to create a permanent folder and move hijackthis.exe into it. The reason is because hijackthis creates backups and when it's in your temp-folder it can be accidentally deleted.
How do you make a permanent folder:

Click My Computer, then C:\ and then on Program Files.
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis".
Now you have C:\Program Files\HijackThis. Put your HijackThis.exe there.

I see you are still running a previous version of adaware. Uninstall Adaware 6, reboot and follow next instructions:

Download the latest version of Ad-Aware:
http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download/

After installing AAW, and before running the program.
Please be sure to update the reference file following the instructions here:
http://www.lavahelp.net/howto/updref/

Reconfigure Ad-Aware for Full Scan:

Launch the program, and click on the Gear at the top of the start screen.

Click the 'Scanning' button.
Under Drives, Folders and Files, select 'Scan within Archives'.
Click 'Click here to select Drives + folders' and select your installed hard drives.

Under Memory & Registry, select all options.
Click the 'Advanced' button.
Under 'Log-file detail level', select all options.
Click the 'Tweaks' button.

Under 'Scanning Engine', select the following:
'Unload recognized processes during scanning.'
Under 'Cleaning Engine', select the following:
'Let Windows remove files in use after reboot.'
Click on 'Proceed' to save these Preferences.

Run the Ad-Aware scan and allow it to remove everything it finds and then REBOOT to allow it to finish.

I see you don't have an antivirus either, so I strongly suggest you install one:

AVG, Bitdefender OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner on your system! Several together can give problems and decreases the reliability of it seriously!

Update your antivirus and let it perform a full scan and let it delete everything it is finding.

Reboot once again and post a new hijackthislog.

Much better..

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

O2 - BHO: - {f9f67a42-7133-4a84-a264-c77db46d278d} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\jgrf.dll

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Install an antivirus, update it and let it perform a full scan and delete everything it is finding.

AVG, Bitdefender OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.

Hi, Zonealarm is a firewall, not an antivirus.. unless you use the zonealarm with the antivirus built in... But, the built in antivirus in zonealarm is really not effective enough and not updated enough (my personal opinion)

Hello, it seems like you didn't check and fix this one in your log before?

O2 - BHO: - {f9f67a42-7133-4a84-a264-c77db46d278d} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\jgrf.dll

Please check and fix it again... Please make sure that your Internet Explorer is closed when you click: fix checked, otherwise this won't work.

If it's still there afterwards in your log, boot in safe mode and delete next file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\jgrf.dll manually.

Also, it seems like you didn't install an antivirus yet?

Hi, I reopened your thread previously because you didn't respond anymore. I replied to you and now it's already 3 days again without response. I'll leave this thread open for another day... and if there is still no response, I assume it's solved and you don't need my help anymore.
